Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Gi and no-gi grappling for every level, led by a BJJ brown belt who has competed at the IBJJF No-Gi World Championships. Total beginners drill alongside competitors — with competition-team energy and zero ego. And because our jiu-jitsu classes run alongside wrestling, you'll build the takedown game most BJJ gyms can't teach.

First-timers who've never worn a gi, hobbyists who want sharp technique, and competitors who want hard rounds and a real wrestling base.

Striking & Conditioning

MMA & Fitness

Not a cardio-kickboxing gimmick. You'll learn real striking and MMA technique — our head wrestling coach is a former MMA fighter — and get in the best shape of your life as a side effect. Every class is scaled to your level — show up out of shape and we'll meet you there.

Who it's for

Anyone who wants to hit pads, learn to fight, or trade the treadmill for training that actually teaches you something.

Women's Self-Defense

Practical, tested self-defense skills in a supportive environment — no intimidation, no experience needed. Dakota builds the kind of room where women of every level leave stronger, more capable, and more prepared. Private weekend lessons are also available.

Who it's for

Women who want real skills and real confidence, whether you've trained before or you're walking onto a mat for the first time.
